2.6 mm
Mini size class
About half the width of regular 5 mm Perler beads.
The Perler bead color chart covers 132 regular-size color codes: 124 currently sold and 8 discontinued — plus a dated Perler Mini availability and compatibility guide.

Every entry carries four independent fields, and mixing them up is the usual reason two crafters end up with different beads. The color code is Perler’s own identity for a color and does not change, even after the color leaves the catalog. The name is marketing copy that has been reused across releases, so it is the least reliable thing to order by. The hex value is a measured screen approximation, not a paint specification — a fused bead shifts under heat and under your room light. Status records whether Perler still lists the color, which is why this Perler bead color chart keeps 8 discontinued codes visible instead of deleting them: older patterns still reference them, and you need the code to look up a substitute.
Two subsets are deliberately held apart from the main table. Newly released 2026 colors are marked with an asterisk until their values are measured directly, and specialty finishes are listed without a single hex, because glitter, glow and pearl beads do not resolve to one color under one light. Read the Perler bead color chart as a catalog of color identities first and a screen preview second.

The Perler color chart treats these as regular-size color identities. The Mini guide below keeps Mini product evidence and sellable product SKUs separate from this color-code layer.

This Perler color chart keeps light-dependent finishes in the catalog but excludes them from pixel matching. Why one HEX value is not enough.

Small format · dated product evidence
The Perler bead color chart treats Mini as a separate small-format line for denser pixel work. The official product pages checked on support the size, age guidance, dedicated pegboard requirement, and the 16-color assortment below. They do not support calling all 41 legacy palette colors currently available.
2.6 mm
About half the width of regular 5 mm Perler beads.
12+
Smaller parts and finer placement than the regular line.
Mini only
Mini beads do not use the standard-size pegboard grid.
Current official mini assortment
Observed . All 16 colors below ship inside one product — the Summer tray, SKU 80-17552 — and only Black is also sold as a separate 2,000-count bag. The color identity code and the sellable Mini product SKU stay separate fields, so a card carries an extra SKU only where a second product actually exists.
41-color historical reference
The Perler color chart separates these 41 legacy community screen swatches from availability evidence. Availability badges use current official products and the Perler 2023 catalog. A “Legacy measured” badge supports the screen value only; it is not evidence that a color is still sold.

Perler official
The current evidence is the 16-color Summer tray plus the Black single-color bag. Check the product SKU, not only a familiar color code.
Marketplace stock
Amazon and Etsy can surface older Mini inventory, but a listing may be residual stock or a compatible 2.6 mm brand rather than current Perler production.
Compatible alternatives
BeadTin and Artkal sell broad Mini fuse-bead ranges. Similar size does not make their color codes, melt behavior, or product identity interchangeable with Perler.

Measurement details, catalog scope, matching thresholds, and the limits of representing physical beads on a screen — the reasoning behind every value in this Perler bead color chart.
The chart logs 132 official Perler color codes: 124 colors currently sold on perler.com and 8 discontinued colors retained for older patterns and existing bead collections.Source: official Perler bead catalogSource data: beadcolors Perler CSV
Screen values are community-measured references from the MIT-licensed beadcolors project, including spectrophotometer measurements of real Perler beads. Actual beads can still vary with monitor calibration, lighting, production batch, and ironing.Source: beadcolors projectMIT license
A pixel-ready solid is a currently sold, solid-finish bead with a stable measured screen value. There are 95 in this chart. Provisional 2026 colors and specialty finishes are listed separately because their screen values are estimated or cannot be represented by one flat color.Source catalog: official Perler colorsSource data: measured Perler CSV
The finder converts the entered screen color and every measured bead color to CIELAB, then ranks them with the CIEDE2000 perceptual distance formula. A ΔE below 3 reads as the same color, 3–8 is a workable substitute, and above 8 is a fallback.Source paper: CIEDE2000Implementation notes and test data
Their values are fused from two independent estimates: calibrated official product photography and an independently measured community chart. Estimated error is about ΔE 3.5, so these entries are marked with an asterisk and will be replaced when direct measurements are available.Source: Perler 2026 announcementOfficial new arrivals
Translucent, glow, pearl, metallic, and striped beads change with light, background, and viewing angle. A single HEX value cannot represent those effects reliably, so their official codes remain in the chart but they are excluded from pixel matching.Source: Perler specialty color overview
The list is checked against perler.com single-color 1,000-count and 6,000-count bags plus new arrivals; mixed bags are excluded. Codes no longer sold are marked discontinued. The catalog was last checked on August 30, 2026.Source catalog: 1,000ct bead bags6,000ct bead bagsNew arrivals
